I'm pleased to announce the beginning of our our new Tiger Talk Book Club Year. Since our book club starts in the spring it's a new year for us. I'm happy to have three families in the club and we're going to have a great time!
We were slightly delayed because we were waiting for Doll Bones to come in as our first book for the club. Unfortunately it didn't come in so I changed the book to The One and Only Ivan, by Katherine Applegate. It's a book that caught my eye in the library and at the book fair, and it's also the Newbery Award winner for 2013. I can't wait to talk about it with our book club.
